History, Expansion, and growth: Established in 2000 By Mr. Dilip Shantaram Nagare (Proprietor) having experience of over 18 years with M/s. Orbit Constructions. Making full use of his experience of all departments in previous company and higher Business management, with 4 labors & 1 Engineer signed various construction contracts from scratch and achieved ISO 9001:2015. Today we have reached our 1st goal of 1cr turnover in 2018-19. The main stay of this organization has been cost affective society & individual projects within said deadline. Our regular tech- knows how education to site supervisors & execution team help us to reach our commitment and growth. Today we have able team of 5 Engineers, 8 supervisors and 15 Skilled labor, 25 Unskilled labor & 7 staff member in office, on our company Pay role deputed at various sites. We are always ready to speak to and get advice from expert if required.

I am Dilip Shantaram Nagare I am Proprietor of Malhar Construction and Interior Company and I have been working in this field for more than 18 years. My company has been around for over 18 years.

My civil work started with Orbit Construction. I worked my way up from supervisor to assistant manager in this company. The biggest project of this company is Orbit Height 40 storey tower at Brant Road Nana Chowk. There is parking ground floor to 18th floor, swimming pool on 20th floor, 21st floor to 38th floor each 2500 sq.ft, 4 flats on each floor, my experience increased as I did all kinds of work in that building right from pits i.e., piling, Plinth Column, Beam Slab, Automatic Car Parking, ACP Paneling, Passenger Lift, different types of painting.

Also, I have had the opportunity to work many excellent and renowned engineers, architects Shri. Dinesh Desai, Mr. Waheed Sheikh Mr. Umesh Vetulkar, One of the best Architects Mr. Hafiz Contractors assistant Pushyamitra R. C. C. Consultant, Mr. Mahimtura,
